1. What documents do I need for Level 1?
You will need: business activity evidence, incorporation/registration documents, proof of operating address, ownership structure, and identification for key persons.
Requirements appear clearly in your dashboard, and each item must be complete, up-to-date, and legible.
2. I don’t have a website. What can I provide instead?
You may submit presentations, product catalogs, contracts, invoices, marketplace listings, or photos of your business operations.
The purpose is to demonstrate actual commercial activity, even if your business does not rely on a public website.
3. What is a UBO?
A UBO (Ultimate Beneficial Owner) is a natural person who owns or controls a determined percentage of the company, this may vary per type of product and/or jurisdiction.
If no one meets this threshold, directors or individuals with significant control should be identified.
4. Why do I need to provide my ownership structure?
The ownership structure shows the full chain of control and ensures transparency of the company’s decision-making authority.
If your structure includes intermediary companies, documentation must cover the full chain until natural persons are identified.
5. What documents are accepted as proof of address?
Recent (≤3 months) documents such as utility bills, tax certificates, bank statements, lease agreements, or government-issued notices.
The document must display the full business name and operating address. Screenshots or partial images are not accepted.
