Level 1 – Company Verification
At this stage, you provide your business activity documents, incorporation records, proof of address, ownership structure, and identification for key persons. Each item must be official, complete, and legible.
- This level establishes your company identity and confirms that the information submitted matches official records.
- Once Level 1 is complete, you can move on to enabling specific VelaFi products.
Level 2 – Product & Channel Activation
Level 2 applies to every product or channel you want to activate. You will confirm how you intend to use each product, including flow types, counterparties, and estimated volumes.
- Some products may require supporting documents such as contracts or operational descriptions, depending on the jurisdictions involved.
- When Level 2 requirements are fulfilled, the products become eligible for activation.
Level 3 – Additional Documentation (If Needed)
Level 3 is only requested when the volumes or product type require additional financial documentation.
- Typical documents include bank statements, financial statements, tax records, or commercial contracts that demonstrate anticipated or existing flows.
- You will only see Level 3 requirements if they are necessary for your account configuration.
