Overview
The VelaFi onboarding process is structured into three levels: Level 1 (Company Verification), Level 2 (Product & Channel Activation), and Level 3 (Additional Documentation, when applicable). Each level focuses on a specific part of your profile so your account can be configured accurately and safely.
- You will see each requirement clearly in your dashboard, along with its status. Every item can be completed directly online by uploading the requested documentation or providing the relevant information.
Onboarding progresses automatically as soon as the required items for each level are completed. Depending on your selected products, you may only need Levels 1 and 2.
What You Should Expect
Level 1 ensures your company is properly registered, active, and represented by identified individuals. Level 2 confirms how you will use VelaFi’s products. Level 3 applies only when higher operational volumes or certain products require additional financial documentation.
- Document requirements appear in real time, and the platform will notify you if something else is needed.
- Once all applicable levels are completed, your products and channels can be activated for operational use.
