EUR crypto purchases: payment methods and SEPA funding

VelaFi documents SEPA (Bridge), paymentId 85, for funding EUR Pending Fund accounts. This confirms documented EUR funding support, not universal eligibility for EUR crypto purchases.

To buy crypto, activate the merchant fiat channel first. In On/Off Ramp select EUR and the crypto, enter the amount, then select the merchant and offered payment method on Payment Information and check the displayed fees. The developer on-ramp guide describes either payment from Merchant Account Pending Fund with sufficient balance, or a real-time transfer to the fiat account specified in the order details.

For integrations, GET /v2/base/buy/payments with country, fiat and crypto returns paymentList for that combination. Use the actual available options; documentation alone does not confirm a particular customer's enabled methods, purchase limits or fees. Do not infer card or wallet support or guarantee SEPA purchase availability for every account.
