Overview On March 6, 2026, VelaFi will upgrade its wallet infrastructure to enhance platform security, optimize transaction speeds, and improve the overall user experience. As part of this upgrade, new deposit addresses have been generated for several coins and networks.
All platform services—including trading, withdrawals, and balance management—will remain fully operational during the upgrade. No service interruptions are expected.
Affected Coins & Networks
- USDT — Ethereum (ERC20), Polygon, Binance Smart Chain (BEP20), Solana
- USDC — Ethereum (ERC20), Polygon, Solana
- BTC — Bitcoin
What You Need to Do
- Log in to your VelaFi account and go to the Deposit page.
- Locate the affected asset and generate/view your new deposit address.
- Update any saved addresses on external wallets, exchanges, or whitelists.
Grace Period & Old Addresses Your previous deposit addresses will remain active for a limited grace period to ensure a smooth transition. However, we strongly recommend switching to the new addresses immediately to benefit from enhanced security and faster processing. After the grace period ends, deposits to old addresses may experience delays.
